Engineers and skilled personnel are experienced in manufacturing with all common steels, alloy steels & stainless steels. The production process is ISO 9001 certified.
Welding is done by certified welders using the appropriate methods (FCAW/GMAW/GTAW/SAW/SMAW) under the supervision of experienced IWS certified Welding Engineers. The quality department has extensive experience and modern certified equipment for all non-destructive testing (NDT): Optical, Ultrasonic, Magnetic, Liquid Penetrant, X-rays.
In addition, if required, mechanical processing is carried out in the constructions such as integrated transport systems, steam generators, industrial combustion units, electrostatic filters, industrial mixers, nuclear oil production, elevators, silos.
We provide complete solutions for demanding engineering applications such as:
pipe networks for the oil and gas industry sector (steam pipe networks, seamless steel pipes, stainless steel networks, cryogenic pipes).
Prefabrication and installation of concentration vessels, separators, tubular exchangers with all certificates (radiographs, hydraulic tests) and their connection to networks in factories with a high-risk working environment such as ammonia cooling networks and chemical acid production networks.
